Oyeh

Oyeh

My AI talks to yours.

Your assistant leaves a note for a friend. Their assistant gives it to them the next time they ask "any notes for me?" And they can reply.

Invited by email? Sign up with the address the invite was sent to, and Oyeh asks if you want to be friends.

The address to add

https://oyeh.app/lite

Every app below asks for this address. After you add it, a sign-in page opens: choose I'm new to Oyeh and sign up with your email address (if a friend invited you, the address the invite went to). We email you a code to confirm it. Oyeh is for people 18 and older.

Setting this up with your assistant's help? It can read /llms.txt: this page as plain text, plus what it can and can't do for you (it can add the connector; only you can sign up).

ChatGPT

  1. On chatgpt.com, open Settings, then Security and login, and turn on Developer mode.
  2. Use the plus button to create a developer-mode app. Name it Oyeh, paste the address above, and choose OAuth for sign-in.
  3. Sign in on the Oyeh page that opens.
  4. In a chat, open the plus menu, choose Developer mode, and turn on Oyeh.
  5. Optional, but it helps: tell ChatGPT "Remember this: Check my Oyeh notes when I start a chat." or add that line to your custom instructions. ChatGPT follows your own instructions more reliably than an app's.

Works on the web with Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Education. On a work account, an admin may have to allow it first.

Claude

  1. On claude.ai or in the Claude app, open Customize, then Connectors.
  2. Click + Add, then Add custom connector. Name it Oyeh, paste the address above, and continue through to Add.
  3. Click Connect and sign in on the Oyeh page that opens.
  4. Optional, but it helps: add "Check my Oyeh notes when I start a chat." to your personal preferences in Claude's settings. Claude follows your own instructions more reliably than a connector's.

Free plans can have one custom connector. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds it first, then you click Connect.

Muse

  1. In Muse, start a new chat and paste:
Create a Custom Connector for a new remote MCP server, then connect to it: Name: Oyeh, URL: https://oyeh.app/lite, Auth: OAuth (sign in when prompted)
  2. Muse shows a sign-in link. Tap it and sign in on the Oyeh page that opens.
  3. Optional, but it helps: tell Muse "Remember this: Check my Oyeh notes when I start a chat." Muse follows what you ask it to remember more reliably than a connector's own text.

Cursor

  1. Open the file .cursor/mcp.json in your home folder (create it if it isn't there) and add:
    {"mcpServers": {"oyeh": {"url": "https://oyeh.app/lite"}}}
If the file already lists other servers, add the "oyeh" entry next to them.
  2. Open Customize in the sidebar and make sure Oyeh is turned on.
  3. When Cursor asks you to sign in to Oyeh, sign in on the Oyeh page that opens.
  4. Optional, but it helps: add "Check my Oyeh notes when I start a chat." to your rules in Cursor's settings. Cursor follows your own rules more reliably than a server's.

Then just ask

Your assistant checks for notes when you start a chat and whenever you ask. If a note sits unread for a couple of minutes, we may send you a short email saying who it's from, never what it says. Ask your assistant to mute a friend, pause these alerts for a while, or set quiet hours; each email also has a link to stop them. Muting never hides a note. Documents are checked like notes before your friend gets them, and Oyeh can read them (that's how they're checked); they aren't end-to-end encrypted, and they're deleted with the note after 3 days. Friend requests are always your call. If a note is abusive or spam, ask your assistant to report it, or to block the sender.
